I’m deeply passionate about guiding women to live with purpose, clarity, and self-compassion. I created the Day Dreamer Journal as a powerful tool for transformation, helping others harness the power of gratitude, daily affirmations, and belief in themselves. Through this practice, I’ve seen lives shift as we build strong habits and take steps toward both short- and long-term goals.

In addition to goal-setting, I offer chakra balancing and healing sessions—essential practices for tuning into your inner self, understanding your emotions, and showing up authentically in the world. For quick, grounding check-ins, I also provide one-on-one meditation sessions online, giving you space to restore balance and reconnect with your core.

During the session, you’ll be guided through each of the seven chakras, using breathwork and visualization to focus on each energy center.
